We have secured a group block of rooms at the Omni Shoreham for attendees. Please call the hotel directly at 1.202.234.0700 or visit their website here to make your room reservation. To guarantee this special group rate of $279 per night, you must make your reservation no later than Monday, April 20th, 2026. Please identify yourself as an AFA attendee.
Reservations may be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise there will be a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.

Booking your reservation outside of the official hotel room block (for example, via internet travel sites or by “shopping” for lower rates at nearby hotels) has a long-term negative impact on the AFA Conference. Hotels place financial penalties on organizations for each room not used within their negotiated block of rooms. This makes it harder for us to negotiate lower rates for our attendees in the future. By filling the block of reduced-rate rooms that we have negotiated, we are able to meet our contracted hotel obligations and avoid financial penalties. A solid history of meeting these obligations allows us to keep attendee rates low year after year.
