The AFA Summit is principally supported by these amazing partners.

Ascendium Education Group® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization driven by the belief that learning after high school gives people the power to build better futures. Our national philanthropy focuses on increasing opportunities for learners from low-income backgrounds to achieve upward mobility through postsecondary education and workforce training. We partner with organizations whose objectives align with our core strategies to expand opportunity, support learner success, and connect and align systems. Supporting Sponsors

The AFA Summit is further supported by these wonderful organizations.

myOneFlow is a configurable apprenticeship management platform that brings participants, staff, and employers into a single, integrated system. Guided participant workflows simplify eligibility determination and intake, while secure staff and employer portals improve coordination and reduce administrative effort. Programs can track OJT and RTI hours, competencies, and benchmarks to support progression and manage wage schedules. PIRL data is automatically collected and integrated into a pre-built template for easy submission. myOneFlow also offers modules for fiscal, grant tracking, events, referral management, and more, giving apprenticeship programs a single source of truth for end-to-end program management.

YUPRO Placement's SKILLSFIT™ is a turnkey apprenticeship management solution that delivers measurable results — up to 40% faster time-to-productivity and 60% higher retention compared to traditional entry-level hires. As a U.S. Department of Labor Apprenticeship Ambassador and Intermediary, we bring compliance credibility alongside real business impact. SKILLSFIT™ handles training coordination, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and coaching so your investment goes toward outcomes, not administration. Tap into a nationwide network of skills-first candidates across tech, finance, business operations, HR and more. For workforce leaders who need to demonstrate value, SKILLSFIT™ turns apprenticeships into a talent pipeline you can scale and gain a return you can measure.

Whiteboard Advisors is a unique strategy consulting, communications, and advocacy firm built to help change-making education and workforce organizations make an impact. Our insights and experience guide the nation’s most respected and impactful philanthropies, companies, nonprofit organizations, and investors at the intersection of learning and work. Opportunity@Work is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to rewire the labor market to create economic opportunity for workers skilled through alternative routes (STARs). Opportunity@Work engages with corporate, philanthropic, and workforce partners to directly address the barriers that STARs face, recognize STARs' talent, and eliminate unnecessary degree requirements for open roles. Their Tear the Paper Ceiling campaign with Ad Council brought together a growing coalition of more than 80 corporate and non-profit partners to share hiring insights and launch a national public service advertising campaign to raise awareness of, and support the hiring of STARs.

The Pathways Alliance, led by InnovateEDU, is an uncommon coalition of leading education organizations dedicated to supporting and implementing quality, sustainable, and diverse educator preparation pipelines including teacher residency programs and apprenticeships. Now more than ever, effective and affordable education preparation programs and pathways are essential for teachers, schools, and students. We're working together to make this possible.

Reach University turns jobs into degrees, serving as our nation’s first and only nonprofit university fully dedicated to advancing on-the-job degrees, known as Apprenticeship Degrees. By fostering upward mobility, building careers and the workforce, and inspiring deeper learning through inquiry, dialogue, collaboration, and on-the-job practice, Reach, its National Center for the Apprenticeship Degree, and partners are actively solving America's labor shortages by creating fully-embedded pathways for high-potential individuals to earn degrees, credentials, and professional careers in their home communities. Reach currently operates in Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, and Washington.

Apprenticeship Management Solutions (AMS) is a full-service consulting team that helps employers and sponsors design, register, manage, and operate apprenticeship programs. We support organizations of every size, in every industry. AMS is different from intermediaries and technical assistance providers in that we provide fully outsourced program management services. For an annual fee, we operate your apprenticeship program for you, so that you can focus on your core business. Our team of Apprenticeship experts supports employers with program registration, program design, apprentice onboarding, mentor training, audit and compliance assistance, and more. We have over 40 years of combined experience in Apprenticeship Program technical expertise, as well as our own national Apprenticeship Program.

Sponsorship

The 2026 AFA Summit will attract nearly 400 practitioners, policy makers, and experts for a two-day program of plenaries, workshops, and networking. As a small but nimble organization, AFA relies on sponsors to make convenings like the Summit possible. We offer many ways for supporters of apprenticeship to participate in the conference as sponsors.

Presenting Sponsorships: Presenting sponsors are central to AFA’s 2026 Summit. Through branding, event materials, and direct messaging, these sponsors are visible to all those in attendance, as well as AFA’s many members.

Program Sponsorships: The Summit will host a wide array of exciting programs including plenary presentations, interactive workshops, and a first-ever awards ceremony. Each event aligns with a theme that reflects AFA's goals and aspirations for the coming year and beyond, providing sponsors a unique opportunity to hone their messaging.

Social Sponsorships: In addition to the focus on policy and practice, the Summit will have plenty of opportunities for networking and socializing. Sponsors can effectively engage with apprenticeship experts and advocates in these more relaxed settings.

Showcase Sponsorship: AFA knows there are many innovative tools and resources being developed by members of our apprenticeship community.  During the Summit, AFA will offer organizations and individuals an opportunity to connect with attendees directly via a dedicated presentation space at various Summit events.

If you or your organization is interested in becoming a sponsor, please contact Ethan Kenvarg (ethan.kenvarg@afamail.org), Membership & Events Consultant, to learn more.
